Pickle with Paratha
Ingredients:
-Paratha Dough
-Filling of choice (potato/paneer/onion/cauliflower)
-Spices: Salt, Red Chilli, Coriander, Turmeric and Mango Powder
-Ghee
-Devavo Pickle of Choice (Mango/Mixed/Lemon/Green-Chilli)
Direction:
-Take the filling of choice and add the spices to it as per taste
-Roll the dough and add the filling in the center
-Collect the edges of the dough in the center and roll again in the shape of Paratha
-Heat the Paratha on the pan
-Apply ghee on both sides
-Take a spoon full of Devavo Pickle and enjoy!

Pickle with Dal-Khichdi
Ingredients:
For pressure cooking:
-½ cup rice
-½ cup moong dal
-1 tsp ghee
-¼ tsp turmeric
-½ tsp salt
-3¼ cup water
Other ingredients:
-2 tbsp ghee
-1 tsp cumin
-1 bay leaf
-pinch hing
-1 onion (finely chopped)
-1 tsp ginger garlic paste
-1 tomato (finely chopped)
-¼ tsp turmeric
-1 tsp chilli powder
-½ tsp garam masala
-½ tsp salt
-1 cup water
-2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
-Devavo Pickle of Choice (Mango/Mixed/Lemon/Green Chilli)
Direction:
-Firstly, in a large bowl rinse and soak ½ cup rice, ½ cup moong dal for 10 minutes.
-In a cooker heat 1 tsp ghee and add soaked dal and rice.
-Saute for 2 minutes, or until the dal turns aromatic.
-Now add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp salt and 3¼ cup water. Mix well. Cover and pressure cook for 5 minutes.
-In a large kadai heat 2 tbsp ghee. add 1 tsp cumin, 1 bay leaf and pinch hing.
-Saute on low flame until the spices turn aromatic.
-Now add 1 onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.
-Further, add 1 tomato and saute until the tomato turns soft and mushy.
-Keeping the flame on low add ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala and ½ tsp salt.
-Saute for 2 minutes or until the spices turn aromatic. Now add cooked rice and dal.
-Also, add 1 cup water and mix well, adjusting consistency as required.
-Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until the flavours are absorbed well.
-Finally, add 2 tbsp coriander and enjoy dal khichdi with Devavo pickle and curd.

Pickle with Veg Sandwich
Ingredients:
-4 bread slices (brown / white bread)
-2 tsp oil
-½ onion (finely chopped)
-½ cup corn (fresh / frozen)
-1 carrot (finely chopped)
-½ capsicum (finely chopped)
-1 bunch spinach / palak leaves (chopped)
-1 tsp crushed pepper
-½ tsp mixed herbs (optional)
-salt to taste
-2 tbsp tomato sauce
-2 tbsp green chutney
-¼ cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese (grated)
-2 tsp butter
-Devavo Pickle of Choice (Mango/Mixed/Lemon/Green Chilli)
Direction:
-Firstly, in a large kadai heat oil and fry onions.
-Further add corn, carrot and capsicum. fry for a minute till the veggies are half cooked yet crunchy.
-Now add chopped spinach and fry till they shrink in size.
also add pepper, mixed herbs and salt. give a good mix.
-Now take 2 breads and on one spread tomato sauce and green chutney on the other.
also place the prepared stuffing and spread uniformly on the bread slice.
-Further, grate the cheese over the stuffing.
-Cover with the other slice of bread and grill or toast on tawa.
-Spread butter on both the outer sides of bread to make sandwich more crispy and golden.
-Furthermore, close the griller and grill till the cheese melts and bread turn golden brown. Now cut the bread into half and serve with Devavo Pickle of your choice.

Achari Chaap

-300 gms soya chaap
-1 cup mustard oil
-3 tbsp coarsely ground ginger
-3 tbsp coarsely ground garlic
-3 tbsp coarsely ground onion
-1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
-Salt to taste
-1 tbsp of Devavo Pickle
Direction:
-Combine the paneer along with the ginger-garlic paste, salt and red chilli
- Add a spoon of your favorite Devavo Pickle and mix it well
-Put this mixture on a cooked Roti and Roll it up
