-Devavo Peanut Butter
-Toasted Coconut
Direction:
-Preheat oven to 375 F degrees. Place 1 cup of shredded coconut on a baking mat.

-In a bowl, mix together flour, salt and brown sugar.
-Cut cold butter into cubes and add to the flour.
-Mix the butter into the flour till it resembles coarse crumbs. You can do this using a party cutter or a fork. -Then add toasted coconut and mix.

-Reserve 3/4 cup of dough and spread the remaining in a 8 x 8 inch square pan lined with parchment paper. Press the dough firmly in the pan. Pour 1/2 cup of Devavo Peanut Butter over the dough. I microwave the peanut butter for 30-40 seconds, so that it’s easier to spread.
-Now sprinkle the remaining 3/4 cup of dough all over the pan.
-And finally also sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded coconut (un-toasted).
-Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let the bars cool completely before cutting them into squares. Drizzle melted chocolate on top (optional) and enjoy these peanut butter oatmeal bars with a glass of milk!
